“Think of regret
as like looking in the rear view mirror when you’re driving. To drive forward
well, we often use the rear view mirror; we do need to look backwards. That
doesn’t mean that we… only look in the rear view mirror….Regret works the same
way. It’s useful in moving us forward. ”

The only thing that we can do is to
move forward but we should look back at the good things.
One of my regrets in life is not taking
care of my health. When I was in elementary, I spent whole day in the front of
our computer and that time I always slept late at night. I also skip eating
meals until now. I realize that I really need to change and the change is with
me. I must learn how to discipline myself or else I’ll face consequences in
life that I don’t really want to happen. My eyes will suffer and all of my
organs will be affected if I will be going to pursue a wrong habit. If my
organs will have an opportunity to speak I think they will say “HANDLE ME WITH
CARE.” Health is wealth and we don’t
want to spend money to buy medicines and to go in the hospitals.
The second regret in my life is
making a decision. Making decision is very important at this age I can now
decide what are my plans in the future and how am I going to reach that
successfully. In making decision I think I’m not that good to make it. I’m always
failed. I think I should think wisely before I go with it. I decide fast like a
lion and then in the end I realized what really matter most is what your heart
says and go with it.
Through my regrets I learn that if
you want to know your past then look into your present conditions and if you
want to know your future then look into your present actions. Regrets is
regrets just move forward and stay focus on your goals.
